6 Life Changing Habits

3 Hours of UNDISTRACTED work every day.
No social media, no email, no phone.
Staying focused and removing distractions is key if you want to accomplish more.
- Wake up and go to bed at same time every day.
It increases your energy levels and builds discipline.
I've woken up at 5 AM and slept at 9 PM 6 days out of the week for the past 5-6 years
- Delayed gratification
Too much partying, TV shows, Video games, unhealthy food, etc will ruin your motivation.
Work hard now and make short term sacrifices for long term goal and the future life you want.
- Work out.
Minimum 3 times a week to train your body, but more importantly, train your mind.
Exercising regularly builds discipline, resilience and increases your energy.
The key is to be consistent with it.
- How you do one thing is how you do everything
If you don't give 100% to your workouts, you're not going to give 100% to your business,
Treat everything with excellence and see how your life changes.
- Practice gratitude
Take time to give thanks every day.
I pray to Allah and thank him daily for the life an opportunity he's given me.
